I do product design, and it works. Well… most of the time. This field is about constant learning and experimentation, and it’s almost impossible to predict how people will use a product in a world that changes every five minutes. What we can do is stay committed to the craft and the products we build: refining them, pivoting, starting from scratch, failing, winning, and learning.
